Interpret the creative brief and develop concepts to support the business.
Full creation of all divisional marketing communication material (ads, brochures, folders, banners, newsletters, logos, trade fairs etc) from the initial visual concept and creation to completion of the finished product.
Build bridge between technical know how/approach and customer/end-user view/position.
Use innovation to define a concept brief within the constraints of cost and time.
Ensure a consistent, creative, modern, unique visual appearance while considering the different propositions and target groups.
Estimate the time required to complete the work.
Supervise external designers and production, with the assistance of the MarComms lead.
Facilitate the development of mobile Apps for marketing purposes.
Support the development and maintenance of the website.
3 to 5 years working experiences
Excellent command of graphic programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design)
Interest in both, production and creation
Able to work efficiently under pressure and respect deadlines
Good communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of people in organization
