Reporting to HR Manager, you will be working with the training and operation team to roll out training programs (soft skills, service development and managerial leadership training). You will be in charge of training admin coordination such as workshops & external courses. The role calls for partnering with the top management to identify strategic change opportunities and executing on the deliverables.

Skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent first must demonstrate the core competencies of being independent, flexible, results driven and be able to work matric reporting structure. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in stand up training and facilitation of training programs .The role offers a great compensation package in return with a good working culture and reporting line to a dynamic results oriented individual.
